Karmona - czarne kropki na lisciach

Witam! Drzewko mam od kilku dni i ten problem byl od poczatku, tzn. jak widac na zalaczonych zdjeciach na lisciach znajduja sie czarne przebarwienia, najlepiej widac je od spodu ale one jakby przezeraja sie na wierzch liscia. Ogolnie wiele lisci szybko zolknie i odpada. Czy to niedobor jakiegos skladnika mineralnego czy moze wina przedziorka, ktorego usunelam dwa dni temu (a przynajmniej taka mam nadzieje), czy moze jeszcze cos innego.
